Enchanting: The best way to make stoneage2 Gold with Enchanting is still to disenchant green and blue drops you get from normal questing or grinding, and sell the enchanting mats.
Remember, these have no listing fee, so they're pretty profitable. Another efficient way is buying Vellums which are made by Inscription, to enchant into sellable scrolls.
If you have spare enchanting mats, this is a viable way to make WOW money. It's also nice to be able to make a little money now while World of Warcraft power leveling the profession. You can also grind lower level instances and disenchant the drops to sell for some WoW gold.
And you're farming old instances for fun, you can still make a fair amount on enchanting mats and cloth drops. These are perennial AH favorites.
Jewel-crafting: With disenchanting, prospecting ore for gems can be profitable. Also blue quality gems tend to go for a small markup that may make Jewel-crafting worthwhile.
Leatherworking: The way to make WOW Money with leatherworking is sell Armor kits and leg armor for fair profit.
Tailoring: Many players would do to make WOW money is the spell-thread leg enhancements, as with leatherworking, they sell for a very nice profit.
